New EPA Hazardous Waste Manifest

These carbonless, 6-ply hazardous waste manifests and continuation sheets comply with the new EPA Manifest Regulations. As of September 5. 2006, their use is mandatory. This Federal manifest supersedes all individual state manifests.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS BILL OF LADING I

This bill of lading allows the shipper to provide information in the order required by law: the number of containers, the hazardous materials column, the proper DOT shipping name, the numerical hazard class, the UN/NA Identification number, the Packing Group Number and the Hazard Zone. Space is also allowed for Technical/Chemical names of the constituents.
